The first generation of the Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class range of compact luxury roadsters was produced between 1996 and 2004. The car is great fun to drive even at slow speeds, whether the top is up, or especially when the weather permits the enjoyment of open top motoring. This was an iconic car. Sadly Mercedes lost the plot after this.
This 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK after 15 years in service is still running fine, with good fuel consumption and an owner who still loves her.
The only problem was the rust. When the car came to us a few panels required small metal patch replacement and painting. The job has been done and the car is as new again.
